Grow Your Restoration Business

Uponreception Restoration is a referral service. Homeowners in the Greater Rochester area reach out to us when water gets into their homes. We connect them with independent providers. If you run a water damage business, you may want to be one of those providers.

This is not a job. There are no shifts, and no one is hired as staff. You stay independent, run your own business and set your own prices.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent contractors who handle water damage work. That includes:

• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement cleanup
• Full water damage restoration and repairs

Experience with older homes, stone and block foundations, and winter freeze damage is a plus in this region.

What We Expect

Homeowners are stressed when they call. We ask providers to be calm, clear and fair.

• Hold every license and insurance policy your state or town requires
• Give written quotes that list the work, not just a total
• Explain the drying plan and how you check that things are dry
• Be honest about timing and what you can take on
• Never promise insurance coverage on a homeowner's behalf

We also ask that you speak honestly about what Uponreception Restoration is. We refer homeowners. We do not do the work.

• The services you offer
• Proof of your licenses and insurance
• The preferred way for homeowners to reach you

We will read your note and reply with the next steps. Joining depends on fit, area coverage and need, so we cannot promise a spot.
