How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Uponreception Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Uponreception Restoration went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Uponreception Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@uponreception.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
